At Born Primitive, we stand by the quality of our gear and want to ensure you have the perfect fit for your training. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

  Select Your Option

  Choose whether you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, receive store credit, or get a refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your unwashed and unworn items with tags attached, and drop the package off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Completion

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your exchange or refund within 5-7 business days.
